Rental Policy

• Minimum driver age: 21 years
• A valid driving license accepted in Qatar is required
• Residents: Qatar Driving License
• Visitors: International Driving License + Home Country Driving License
• Minimum 1 year of driving experience
• Extra insurance excess applies for new driving licenses

• Comprehensive insurance included
• Insurance excess: QAR 900 per damage incident
• CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) available to reduce liability
• A police report is mandatory for any damage or accident

— without it, insurance can’t be claimed.

• Inspect and report any existing damage during pick-up
• Vehicle must be returned clean and in the same condition
• Unreported damage or damage without a police report will be charged to the renter
• The vehicle should be kept clean at all times. Smoking and eating inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

The vehicle must not be used for:

• Off-road driving
• Racing or reckless driving
• Beach driving or entering water
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Driving through water-logged areas or through conditions where the water might enter the engine bay

Renter is fully liable for damages arising from negligent or prohibited use.

• Minimum age: 21 years
• No maximum age restriction
